The exact working hours of 360 Dental depend on the doctors’ schedules. You can ask our administrator about the doctors’ availability Mon–Sun from 10 to 21:00

How to submit suggestions, complaints and thanks to 360 Dental OÜ:

Patients have the right to make suggestions and to express gratitude or dissatisfaction.
These should be submitted to the manager of 360 Dental OÜ, Mart Luide, in a form that can be reproduced: on paper (ask the administrator for a form), via the website or by e-mail ([email protected]). Complaints are answered within 30 days.
If a claim cannot be resolved together with the manager, the patient can turn to the Quality of Care Commission.

Questions concerning the Health Insurance Fund (length of waiting lists for children’s treatment, benefits, etc.) should be addressed to the Estonian Health Insurance Fund:

Before calling the Health Board or writing an application, be clear about what you want an answer to.

Problems arising in the provision of healthcare services are dealt with by:

  1. The healthcare provider (medical institution, etc.) internally, as it wants to provide patients with the best quality medical care;
  2. The Estonian Health Insurance Fund, which monitors compliance with the contract between the Health Insurance Fund and the healthcare provider (waiting lists for medical care, financial relations with healthcare providers);
  3. The Health Board’s supervision department, which checks and assesses whether healthcare services are provided properly, i.e. in accordance with the law;
  4. The Expert Committee on the Quality of Health Care Services, an advisory body set up by the Minister of Social Affairs, which gives an independent assessment of the quality of the healthcare service provided to the patient.

Submitting a complaint or application if you are not satisfied with the healthcare service

A written application must be worded clearly and comprehensibly and must include:

  • The patient’s contact details (name and telephone number, e-mail or postal address);
  • Details of the healthcare provider concerned (name of the medical institution, name of the doctor or other healthcare professional);
  • Signed consent (permission), in free form, to use the patient’s health data needed to clarify the circumstances of the application.

Anonymous applications are not processed.
