The ION-Sei electric toothbrush uses an ultraviolet (UV) LED light that reacts with a titanium dioxide rod in the handle to create ions that inhibit plaque-forming bacteria.
Negative electrons are sent into the mouth through water or saliva. Although ION-Sei uses cutting-edge technology, it harnesses nature by using water and light.
